1. Acceptance
By using honeyrage.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. [Registered company name, address, and jurisdiction to be added once incorporated.]
2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in euros (EUR), regardless of your location, language, or market — EUR is the sole currency of record and no conversion is applied. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is authorized. We may cancel an order if a piece turns out to be unavailable, and will refund it in full if that happens.
4. Shipping & risk
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for timelines and carriers.
5. Returns
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full terms are on the Shipping & Returns page.
6. Intellectual property
The HONEY RAGE name, the Vesper collection name, and all site content are the property of HONEY RAGE and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
