Shipping

Complimentary shipping on every order to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the EU.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.
• US & UK delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• EU & rest of Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the destination country’s customs union, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.

Returns

• Unworn, unwashed pieces with the original tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Start a return by emailing support@honeyrage.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges yet — return the piece for a refund and place a new order in the size or piece you want.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, email us with photos and your order number — we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
